We customize the blanks based on the required seal ring dimensions (e.g., barrel stock with inner and outer diameters close to the finished product dimensions). This reduces turning effort, improves material utilization, and reduces raw material costs.

We have a large inventory of large-size semi-finished barrels.
We cover the specifications required for common large-size sealing rings (900mm to 3000mm). These can be readily available, eliminating the need for last-minute custom stock, shortening production cycles and preventing delivery delays due to raw material procurement.
