As a U-ring (U-cup), CP01-P is a lip-shaped single-acting seal with an inner diameter that fits tightly to the bottom of the piston groove. It is made of CNC-machined polyurethane. It is equipped with a strong dynamic sealing lip and a large static lip contact area to ensure effective positioning in the groove. It can be installed back to back with a guide ring in the middle. The choice of different materials allows for a wide range of flexible applicability in temperature and media. ,
This profile has good extrusion resistance and is suitable for pressures up to 40 MPa, provided that the extrusion gap is adapted to the pressure level. Due to the elasticity of the polyurethane material, the U-cup can be easily installed in a closed groove.
