PTFE, a thermoplastic polymer, possesses unique properties. It is compatible with a wide range of lubricants and offers high-temperature and chemical resistance, far surpassing any other sealing material. PTFE's surface is smooth, stain-resistant, and exhibits an extremely low coefficient of friction. Its excellent mechanical properties (high tensile strength and toughness) are maintained even at low temperatures. Furthermore, because it is bioinert and does not cause biological reactions, it is frequently used in the medical and food industries.
